The concept is based on a modern seat design: it allows completely different training positions to traditional strength training devices and aligns the exercise intensity with individual abilities.
Optimum seat adjustment
The modern seat design of the compass 200 devices can be adapted in optimum fashion: the saddles are ergonomically formed and their height is easy to adjust thanks to "Easy Click" technology.
Unlike with traditional training devices, some of the exercises on the compass 200 devices are performed whilst standing up. The omission of passive fixations leads to increased use of the trunk muscles. Thus, metabolic activity and overall energy requirements increase.
Fast training start
compass 200 includes hydraulic resistance systems that can be configured separately and manually for both directions of movement. This makes possible a fast training start without intricate positioning.
