The compass Speedy Standard with easy front access the system is suited to be either freestanding or positioned in a corner. When placed in a corner the wide angled stabilization bars are flush right and left against the two walls.

This low inertia cable column allows for explosive exercises. With its two parallel cables multi-dimensional movement patterns offer an endless variety of exercises that build balance, stability, and strength. Training various types of person, weak, strong, untrained, or trained, or even with movement restrictions; the compass speedy lets you design and customize training programs for each individual.
