Multiple attachments – for upper and lower extremities as well as the trunk – turn the compass cable columns into multifunctional training systems providing virtually unlimited amounts of resistance-training options!
Independent handles allow bilateral or unilateral motion. Additionally, the independent pulley swivel offers more "free-range" user-defined natural movement patterns.
